Bird Banding at Twelve Years Old

Each summer, Audubon Rockies runs three bird banding stations in Wyoming with the help of volunteers. Part of their goal is to collect data that helps scientists and managers conserve these birds. The other part is to inspire an appreciation for birds and science in the volunteers who help. This short film highlights the impact banding has had on one young volunteer.
